All guests checking in are required to temperature checked. Please refrain from arriving here if displaying symptoms, as we are unable to offer check-in due to the resort’s communal aspect. Please request to see the addendum letter that all guests are given and required to adhere to, whilst here. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the reservation should the need arise and our resort be closed for isolation and the protection of staff and guests.

An early or late check-in/out can be arranged directly with the accommodation establishment concerned and will be subject to the availability of rooms.

The entrance fee to the park is payable directly to iSimnagaliso at the gate and is separate. The overnight and community fee to stay in the national park is payable together.

Children under 12 years pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing a room with one adult. Children in their own room pay full adult rate.

Prices are based on low season rates and surcharges will apply if booked during mid/high seasons.
