Cancel / Payment policy

Payment Terms

• No payment is required to reserve.
• 50% of total booking amount is due 48h after booking confirmation.
• Full payment 30 days prior trip start date.
• In the event where the reservation is made less than 40 days before arrival, such
  reservation must be paid immediately upon presentation of invoice.
• No guests may travel unless full pre-payment is received.

Cancellation Terms

• No cancellation fee within 48hours after booking confirmation.
• Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made 29 to 8 days prior will be refunded 40% of the paid amount.
• Cancellations made 7 days or less are non-refundable.
