Cancel / Payment policy

Payment Terms

• Please note that all reservations are deemed provisional until a 50% payment has been received.
• Off Peak period 6 Jan - 14 Dec: No deposit required unless requested and full payment is due 2 weeks / 14 days prior to arrival.
• Peak period 15 Dec - 5 Jan: A 50% deposit based on the total booking value is due within 14 days of confirmation of booking and final
  payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the check in date.

Cancellation Terms

• Please note that all travellers are advised to purchase travel insurance that covers cancellation of reservation.
• In the event that the traveller may need to cancel the reservation, irrespective of reason, such cancellation must be made in writing and in such instances any and all payments made will be held by VBL as a credit for the traveller for a period not exceeding 12 months.
• Our flexible payment policy does not allow for refunds.
