Cancel / Payment policy

Payment Terms

• No payment is required to reserve.
• 30% of total booking amount is due 48h after booking confirmation.
• Full payment 40 days prior trip start date.
• In the event where the reservation is made less than 40 days before arrival, such
  reservation must be paid immediately upon presentation of invoice.
• No guests may travel unless full pre-payment is received.

Cancellation Terms

• No cancellation fee within 48hours after booking confirmation.
• Cancellations made more than 6 months in advance will be fully refunded as a credit note.
• Cancellations made 3 - 6 months in advance receive 50% of the paid amount as a credit note.
• Cancellations made 3 months after the booking are non-refundable.
